Project 1: Java Legend Cafe

The following is a list of things that need to be improved:

• Nav-bar text is too small
• remove cursive font from paragraphs and increase the font size 
• Add more smaller banners to the other pages
• Make the logo and brand line more visible and readable
• On the contact form, put more spacing between the field text and text-field. More rows on the Message box. Fix spacing on headers.
• Put a better Google map image.

Project Description:
This is a fictitious company website for Java Legend Cafe. We were given all the content for the About Page and the Menu Page and were only required to build out those two pages.

Production Setting: This project was created in IMD100: Fundamentals of Interactive Design. I took this class with Tim Dempski last quarter in Winter 2012. I worked on this project alone for a fictional client and company provided the instructor.

Role:
I designed and developed the website entirely. The content and copy was provided by the instructor.

The following is a list of things that were improved:

• I built out the other pages.
• I used an @fontface for the navigation from Google Web Fonts.
• Modified the navigation bar by adding ribbon edges
• Added a table on the Events page
• Put a form on the contact page with a place to put a Google map.
